Warranty



The Regency Company Warrants its Regency Edge moldings that they will not separate or delaminate from the substrate of the moldings for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase under normal use and service. This warranty is trade to the original consumer purchase only. If the molding does not perform as warranted, the original purchaser's only remedy shall be at the manufacturer's sole discretion to repair or replace any part of the molding(s).

No returns will be accepted at the manufacturer's facility without prior approval. No labor charges, freight charges or other expenses will be allowed without prior approval.

This warranty applies solely to the moldings when they are installed by the original consumer purchaser. This warranty does not apply to any defects or damages as a result of the following.
  • Exposure to extreme high/low temperatures.
  • Incorrect fabrication or installation.
  • Chemical damage.
  • Incorrect maintenance.
  • Abuse or accidents.
No other warranties are expressed or implied. Under no circumstances shall the manufacturer be liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase, use or inability to use this product. No fabricator, installer, dealer or sales representative has the authority to modify the obligations or limitations of this warranty.

The Regency Company recommends that the original consumer purchaser retain this warranty.
